SAP IBP Support Consultant – Freelance

For a customer in the industrial engineering and manufacturing sector, we are looking for an SAP IBP Support Consultant to reinforce an existing SAP support team on a 12-month freelance assignment.

The project involves participating in SAP rollouts and preparation of the support for these rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line SAP end-user support, mainly for SAP IBP.
• Analyse and resolve SAP-related incidents and user issues.
• Update user documentation and deliver end-user training.
• Support SAP project rollouts and prepare the support model.
• Collaborate with SAP project teams and business stakeholders.
• Occasional involvement in EWM-related activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of SAP experience in support or functional roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP IBP / planning processes.
• End-user support experience required.
• Knowledge of SAP EWM or WM is a plus.
